Hi Yogis,

I am cleaning up ALL of the spaces.

My home space.
My social space.
My mental state.
My business space.

I enjoy clearing out and organizing, I'm an Earth sign for sure!!

Because I am in this space of cleaning and clearing out, I've been less focused on sharing with you fresh videos & content this week. However, it's all perfect. As I make more space in my life, more fresh & inspired energy will follow!!

I have a big update about Yoga with Lake to share soon. Not now, but soon. I am letting go of some of my offerings, and expanding what I truly love to offer.

Yoga will always be apart of my offerings. (Obliviously, this is Yoga with Lake).

Beloved,

I decided to take a savasana and take off teaching online yoga. 🧘🏻‍♀️💤☺️

There will be no yoga Wed, Fri & Sat this week as I enjoy time with my partner and finish up some projects.

I’m also going to be out at Oasis 13 this weekend for a small community festival! ✌🏼💛

I hope you all enjoy your week of festivities and I’ll see you next week for online yoga!!
