✨ Goodnight to the mama who…

Let’s stop treating maternal mental health like a side issue. It’s public health. It’s family health. It’s survival.
We must:
🔹 Advocate for expanded training in maternal mental health
🔹 Increase funding for perinatal mental health programs
🔹 Support doulas, peer groups, and community resources that are helping to bridge the gap
