Pardon my need for a pedicure but it is time for a much needed update on your yoga teacher! Some of you know I broke my big toe in February of 2023 chipping the distal phalange (the toe bone furthest from the joint to the foot) and it has been a slooow recovery. Well, my bone chip which was in the center of the toe at the bend has started to wander and now looks like a bunion. I have an appointment with the podiatrist with the goal to have it removed and see what else we can do to get me back to teaching you! In the meantime I will get some sound baths on the schedule for 🍁 fall as the weather cools and I do have a Fall Retreat opportunity that you can join with here in Tucson! More info on both to come!

Registration for Spring Yoga classes are now open! DesertYogaAndSound.com

Space is limited so it's highly recommended to pay for the full session of your choice and get the discounted rate. Classes with low registration will be dropped from the schedule. Single class spots will be available to book after the first class if there is room.

Classes are held on the Medella Vina Ranch property. More info will be emailed after you register.

🧡Yoga Nidra Meditation (Sundays 6:20-7pm)
💛Gentle Yoga (Mondays 6pm, Saturdays 9AM)
💚Yin Yoga (Mondays 8pm)

*Classes are held in 6 week sessions, not all dates are consecutive to allow for holidays weekends or school breaks. Please look over dates carefully before registering. I look forward to doing yoga with you all again!
