Step into a transformative experience that blends mindful movement with intentional creation. This Vision Board + Yoga Workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, clarify your goals, and embody the energy you want to carry into your next chapter. By combining yoga with guided visualization and creative expression, this workshop promotes clarity, alignment, and inspiration.
We begin with a grounding, all-levels yoga flow to settle the mind and open the body. Through breathwork and gentle movement, you’ll release tension, calm your nervous system, and make space for new ideas to unfold. This mindfulness-based warm-up helps you shift out of daily stress and into a state of presence, imagination, and inner connection.
After centering through yoga, you’ll move into the creative portion: designing your own vision board. Using images, words, colors, and themes, you’ll map out your goals, dreams, and intentions—whether personal, professional, emotional, or spiritual. You’ll be guided through prompts to help you gain clarity on what you want to call into your life this season.
This workshop blends movement, meditation, creativity, and community—offering a nourishing reset and a powerful way to set intentions.
