Shara has been an integral part of the Sabino family for the past 6 years, serving as Clinical Director and helping to build and refine the world-class clinical program we are known for today. Her unwavering dedication, compassionate leadership, and deep understanding of the Sabino model have not only strengthened our team but also transformed the lives of countless clients and families.

Over the past several months, Shara has excelled as Interim Executive Director - guiding with vision, fostering collaboration, and embodying the heart of our mission. This permanent move is a natural and exciting next step in her journey with us.
