“During a prenatal appointment the number one focus is comfort!

When your beautiful belly starts getting in the way we transition to side-lying, with pillows placed under your head and between your legs. An additional pillow is provided to cuddle. To make it even more comfortable, you may use a wedge to fill the space between your belly and the table.

My goal during prenatal appointments is to make you feel comfortable and cared for while we work on YOUR goals for the session.

Meet Kadie, Nomad’s newest Licensed Massage Therapist! Kadie will begin treating clients this Tuesday, January 17th.

Kadie Gail brings a life long passion of healing and wellness to her massage therapy practice. She received her education at Carolina School of Massage and Wellness Center in Greenville, SC. She graduated in 2022 and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Her education includes Swedish, prenatal, sports, spa therapies, reflexology, stretching and aromatherapy. Because of her dedication to learning she is excited to continue her educational goals to offer her clients the best and most comprehensive experience.
