5 Techniques to Heal Your Emotional Triggers:

❤️‍🩹 Identify the triggers that cause you the most issues by and write them down.

❤️‍🩹 Think about where these triggers might have come from for example, things your parents, teachers said or being neglected and feeling unloveable etc. Its important to know where they come from.

❤️‍🩹 Reprogram negative beliefs such as I’m not good enough and replace it with a more positive charge such as “I am enough”.

❤️‍🩹 Let your inner voice be your biggest cheerleader. Even if you question or doubt yourself at times, continue to tell yourself you’re capable, you’re deserving and show up for yourself as you would someone else.

❤️‍🩹 Consider therapy or an energy healing session. It’s helpful to speak to someone to find the root of the issue and energy healing can release certain blockages that hold these triggers. Studies have shown that it’s possible that energy healing can do in one session what may take several sessions of counseling.
