Yoga for Moms Tucson offers Prenatal Yoga every Saturday from 10-11:15 a.m. and Mom & Baby Yoga every Tuesday from 10-11:15 a.m. at Milk and Honey (3844 E. Prenatal yoga is excellent for any woman at any stage of her pregnancy. Designed to allow the expecting mom 75 minutes of relaxation, breathing, strengthening, stretching, and connecting with her body and her baby as she prepares for labor, delivery, and motherhood. Also an excellent place to meet other moms at similar places in the journey of motherhood. Mom & Baby Yoga is for moms and their pre-walking babies. Designed to help mom get back into moving, breathing, stretching, and healing her body post pregnancy and birth, regardless of the method of delivery. Specific areas are targeted, including special attention to healing the abdominal wall and the pelvic floor. Babies are observers and also part of the class and songs will be sung! :)
