Michelle Campuzano, LMT, CES I share a passion for health and well being. I believe in the power the body has to heal itself. My treatments vary according to every person’s needs.

I am a licensed massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist building my practice as an Independent Contractor at L Spa Therapeutic Massage and Skin Care. My love for human anatomy and physiology has carried me through this career. Swedish massages are excellent for stress relief and relaxation as they increase oxygen and blood flow throughout the body. For muscle tightness and stiffness,

a deep tissue massage is ideal as we access deeper muscle layers and use a combination of stretching techniques. For pain, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation, a much more specific therapeutic manual therapy session (assessments, exercises, and stretches during and post treatment included) would be recommended. Finally, during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy, a prenatal massage is excellent for aches and decreasing stress. My goal is not only to create a positive change in people’s health, but also to educate and raise awareness about the importance of manual therapy and how it is not a luxury but rather an essential variable for optimal neuromusculoskeletal balance. I truly believe in the body’s power to heal itself in natural ways.

Hey everyone! hope you're all doing well. If you have a few minutes to spare, I invite you to please check out this GoFund me account to learn a little bit more about Jordan's situation. At his young age of 26 Jordan is currently battling Cancer for the second time. Out of options, doctors recently told him there was nothing more they could do..driving him to look for alternative options. Currently, Jordan is receiving different forms of therapy at our office weekly with the main form of treatment being the use of light/heat therapy with our wonderful practitioner Annie Pafford .
