Excited to be doing this course for my continuing Ed. I love treating children in my practice and now I will have more tricks up my sleeve... not to mention new skills to treat my own little one due this January! One highlight so far is Pediatric Tuina (therapeutic massage). It's powerful for common heath issues and kids love it!

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fall is the season of shifting from the active, hot, and Yang time of summer into the more restful, quiet, Yin time of Winter. This shift in seasons holds an opportunity to align ourselves with the rhythm and flow in nature. Harnessing our ability to wind down as we approach Winter can foster an especially potent internal health at this time. In today’s culture of constant stimulation, winding down and relaxing is almost a forgotten concept. My question to you is: "How can we orient to the power and strength of winding down?
