Hey everyone!! Here are some clips from this weekends baking. The muffins are Triple Struesel Pumpkin Spice Muffins, and the cookies are S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies-with hands pressed (per cookie, by hand) marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Put your hands in some dirt today! Earthing makes you feel better. Getting your hands dirty, literally planting and growing stuff, can increase serotonin levels!!! Also, research shows thst contact with soil and a specific soil bacteria, Mycobacterium vaccae, triggers the release of serotonin in our brain. So go play in the dirt!
