What We’re Looking For…
• Someone energetic and passionate about ABA
• Bachelors or Masters in a related field to Behavior and/or BCBA
• Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients
• Worked in a clinical setting and/or in-home as a provider
• Facilitate a team approach toward treatment

Founder's Message

Here at ABCStrategies we do our best to learn what the consumer really wants. We observe, ask questions, take our time to get to know each family’s individual characteristics. All while having our executive director leading the way! Paul has made no excuses in bringing his company to the forefront of behavior therapy. He did not take any short cuts. He implemented ABA strategies as a Behavior Interventionist for 4 years working with students ages 2-21. Then, he worked to earn role’s as a leader demonstrating professional ethics and skills as a program and clinical supervisor. With a decade of experience Paul Delgado has no exit strategy for the future. Empowering individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays is our ultimate-goal.
