Dermaplane vs. Microdermabrasion – What’s the Difference?
Both are amazing exfoliating treatments, but they work a little differently:
Dermaplaning uses a surgical blade to gently remove dead skin and peach fuzz. This gives you instant smooth, glowing skin, flawless makeup application, and better absorption of your skincare products. Results are visible right away and last about 3–4 weeks.
Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tipped wand with suction to deeply exfoliate and vacuum away buildup. It helps improve texture, minimize pores, fade mild scars and dark spots, and smooth fine lines. You’ll see brighter skin after one session, with even better results over a series.
In short:
• Dermaplaning = fuzz-free glow and baby-soft skin
• Microdermabrasion = deeper resurfacing and long-term skin improvements
Both leave you glowing — it just depends on your skin goals.
