✨ What to Expect:
🌊 Opening Gratitude Water Ritual – As you arrive and sign in, you’ll choose a small stone, speak a word or intention of gratitude into it, and place it into our shared bowl of water as a living offering of thanks.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation & Sound –
Amy Hamilton of SoundScapes Tulsa will lead a gentle guided meditation, and together Amy and Lauren of Universal Vibrations will weave a rich tapestry of sound to support deep rest and reflection.

💗 Heart Expansion Reiki –
Jamie Pershall of Prismatic Insights will be offering Heart Expansion Reiki, with the intention of opening and balancing the heart chakra to deepen feelings of gratitude, love, and connection.

🔥 Closing Gratitude Circle –
We’ll end the evening in a cozy gratitude circle, sharing reflections while sipping warm cider.

Join Universal Vibrations at The Pulse – Kismet Collective for the second and third events in our 4-part November series — each crafted to help you unwind, reflect, and reconnect through the power of intentional sound and community.

🍂 Gratitude Rising – A Reiki & Sound Experience
🗓 Friday, November 14th @ 7 PM
I’m so excited to be hosting this special evening with two incredible women — Amy Hamilton of SoundScapes Tulsa and Jamie Pershall of Prismatic Insights. These two are such wonderful humans and mentors! I’m endlessly grateful for their wisdom, energy, and light. 💛

We’ll begin with a Gratitude Water Ritual, followed by a guided meditation led by Amy to open the heart and quiet the mind. Together, Amy and I will weave a tapestry of sound, creating a resonant space for stillness and expansion.

💫Throughout the experience, Jamie will be channeling Heart Expansion Reiki — with the intention of opening and balancing the heart chakra to deepen feelings of gratitude, love, and connection.

We’ll close together in a Gratitude Circle, sharing reflection and warm spiced cider in community.

🌑 Roots & Resonance – A New Moon Sound Experience & Group Acupuncture

The following week brings my first collaboration with my salon sister and fellow wellness practitioner Madison Glocker of Perpetual Dread! ✨
She’ll be combining her gifts of acupuncture and tarot with immersive sound for a New Moon experience dedicated to renewal, grounding, and energetic balance.
Together, we’ll invite restoration from within and align with the moon’s fresh cycle of intention and creation. 🌙
