Staying active is an important part of successful aging. This year's Montereau Senior Showdown in celebration of Active Aging Week was a blast. Residents turned out for fun and games, competing in everything from archery to basketball free throws, football toss, co****le, and a relay race. A few "sumo wrestlers" even showed up for the water balloon toss.
