Happy early birthday to me 🎂✨ I’m 25 tomorrow, which honestly feels a little mind boggling. Time has started to feel fast lately, and I’m learning how important it is to slow down and take it all in!

24 was a year of community and connection. I deepened friendships, experienced new levels of intimacy within them, and started and grew The Nesting Meadow. It’s been such a meaningful year of learning and expansion. It feels really good to be on purpose, doing what I love, serving women and families, and making herbal potions in my kitchen. My 20-year-old self would be proud 🤍

My intention for this next year is to continue to expand and stay rooted in alignment ✨✨

Ever wondered what a prenatal with me looks like? 🌿

Here’s a glimpse with my fav person on this earth, my sister Fiona. I’m still wrapping my head around the fact that I’m going to be an auntie. It honestly feels unreal. I’m so honored to be a part of it all and to witness my sister through her matrescence, it’s truly magical.
