The first 30 minutes after you wake up. The voice you use when you talk to yourself in the mirror. The accounts you scroll past at lunch. The five people you exchange the most messages with. None of those feel important in the moment. All of them are doing the actual work. ⏰

Neuroscience shows that, through repetition, your mind physically reshapes your brain. The thoughts you think most often, the inputs you absorb most often, the company you keep most often, those become the default pattern your mind reaches for.
