We believe in the power of healing as women shift patterns of limitation, shame, and victim consciousness into empowerment, joy, and resilience. We believe that every woman has an innate ability to lead her life powerfully with joy and fulfillment.

The BĹŤdhi Shack was established in the heart of pure, unconditional love. The mission of this sacred space is to continually be a light in the community by healing, inspiring and educating; all in the philosophy of entire being health.

The ancient Eastern healing arts of spiritual healing, Reiki, energy balancing, meditation, past-life regression, and yoga have forged through time and found themselves radiating from the heart of this little shack on Boulevard Avenue.

Once a florist store front, built in the want of bringing joy, comfort and love to all those who entered, now continues its journey in hands culminating healing light.
