With so many transitions going on, summer slowing down, school winding up, it can be easy to get lost in the hustle!

Self-care can be as easy as preparing little bits at a time for your next day or the upcoming week!

Top tips are-
1. Organize your upcoming appointments and gather all documents needed
2. Involve the kids in meals and snacks for the next day!
3. Prepare clothing or other items needed the night before
4. Movement can be just as fluid as your daily life; It does not have to be a rigid routine of the exact same thing. Taking a walk with the kids, active play time, and house tasks can create movement and activity for the body!
