6 Years in the Books ✅

Not going to lie — I’ve been making these slideshows every year since we opened in 2019, and Year 6 just hits different.

For now, I’ll keep it simple (mainly because Instagram limited our video to 90 seconds). Ya’ll know I’m long-winded, so instead of a long blog update I made a long slideshow - the full version link is in the comment section. So many memories, life changing events, and breakthroughs have happened at Physiolete this year - to say it’s hard to put it all into words is an understatement.

Incredibly grateful for this town, this Team, and everything in between!

🏃🏽‍♀️Running Rocket City – Part 1 🚀

Claire isn’t just our running expert at Physiolete — she’s an inspiration and encouragement to so many. 💪 She shared that having a strong “why” helps you stay consistent, disciplined, and focused on your goals.

That really stuck with me. Over the past week, I’ve reflected on my own “why” for running the Rocket City Marathon this December.

To my friends who’ve said, “I could never” - yes you can.

To my mom friends with a colicky baby - I see you.

To my dear fourth grade teacher - I love you.

It’s a Busy Season at Physiolete!

As we head into this busy time of year, we want to thank our community for trusting us with your care. Many patients are seeking appointments now that deductibles have been met, and our schedule is filling up quickly—especially for post-operative physical therapy, which is often prescribed the day after surgery!

We do have a waitlist system and are doing our very best to accommodate everyone! Our team monitors the waitlist closely and moves patients into any openings that become available, often on short notice due to cancellations.

If you have a scheduled surgery (or know someone that is going to have surgery) or anticipate needing physical therapy soon, please reach out as early as possible so we can best support your recovery by finding an ideal time for you on our schedule!

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide the highest quality care to all of our patients!

The video is just our team being silly, pretending we are getting a call for a next day appointment when we are booked the next day - again we always do our very best to make this happen as we know early mobilization post op is a big deal! We also want to prioritize putting our patients first and providing excellent care! Please call us if you know you or someone else is having surgery :)
