Hi, I’m Amaris Reeves—a holistic life and health coach devoted to helping high-achieving, intuitive women move from burnout and emotional overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and whole-person well-being. I know what it’s li

ke to silently carry the weight of doing it all—juggling family, career, and expectations while feeling anxious, burned out, and unsure how to get back to myself. I’ve lived through toxic relationships, emotionally exhausting seasons, and the invisible pressure to stay strong and composed, even when I was falling apart inside. Through those experiences, I learned a powerful truth:

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—no judgment, no pressure. My approach is holistic, trauma-aware, psychology-informed, and results-driven. Using a blend of mindset coaching, emotional regulation tools, somatic awareness, and practical strategy, I help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your purpose, and rebuild a life that honors both your strength and your sensitivity—not just who you’ve been expected to be.
