I am excited to share an event created to connect those desiring to support mental health with those who are seeking support. The concept came from someone who recognized the metaphor of how doing a Burpee models our lives. This event will be hosted at The Pack Cross Fit Gym. Check out the link here to participate.

The Burpee Bounce Back event is a mental health initiative founded on community and connection.
