We had a special guest today for some pet therapy! She brought a lot of love and purrs to our residents and they laughed at some of her curious moments. Kivi made the rounds of the living room and claimed everyone by rubbing against them more than once. She will definitely come back and visit her friends at Meadow View again soon!

The Packers got a TOUCHDOWN, so everyone watching the game in the living room got another necklace and a special football SCRATCH TICKET! Dale was the first winner with his scratch ticket and got a great Packers pennant to hang on his wall! Congratulations Dale... and GO PACK GO!

We love watching our Packers games together in the living room here at Meadow View! And we celebrate right along with them! Every time the Packers get a field goal today, everyone watching in the living room gets a green or gold necklace! When the Pack get a touchdown, everyone gets a necklace AND one of these special football scratch tickets to try to win some awesome Packers swag! GO PACK GO! 💚💛💚💛💚💛

September 7-13 is National Assisted Living Week!
We'll be celebrating all week with special events every day as we take a trip around the world. We'll explore a different culture each day, learning fun facts, playing traditional games, and sampling popular desserts from the country of the day! I am even baking 4 of those desserts myself!

Come see what national-award-winning assisted living right in the heart of Wisconsin looks like.

All of these events are open to the public and family friendly. Come celebrate with us!

We love live music here at Meadow View Assisted Living! For the second day in a row, we welcomed great live music performers to our community on August 31st.
Lee Pauze and Lloyd Gosz have performed together for years, and you can see they still love doing it! Lee plays a variety of instruments both live and on backing tracks, as well as sings. Lloyd proves he is ever the showman with his dancing and singing throughout the crowd. One of our wonderful residents added some drumming of his own in the back!
They brought a variety of classic songs to life for us and took us all on a merry trip down memory lane. They always close out with a crowd favorite! Check out the video of a little bit of it.
We are always excited to have them play for us, and we can't wait for the next time! Thank you both!

Live music is a focus for us at Meadow View Assisted Living! I bring in different performers with different styles.

On August 30th, we had the fun of welcoming "Meet the Seavers"! This wonderful couple of Dorothy and Jace Seaver brought some smooth jazz vibes our way with his resonating stand up bass and fantastic vocals from both! They shared some classic songs along with many originals, including their song about Manitowoc! Their vivid personalities made it a true performance.
We look forward to seeing you again!
