🌿 Official Announcement from Dr. Sheila Walker Carroll, PhD, MEd, MS

Functional & Holistic Practitioner | Educator | Founder, Wiggle Works & Graceful Living Health & Wellness

Over the past few months, I’ve had the joy of leading Wiggle Works Mommy & Me, helping families connect through movement, music, and mindful play. Watching parents and little ones grow together has been a true honor.

As my professional mission expands, I will be limiting the number of Mommy & Me classes to focus more deeply on Functional and Holistic Wellness for Adults, through monthly workshops, hands-on wellness programs, personalized screenings, and one-on-one consultations. These programs are designed to help individuals restore balance, improve energy, and support whole-body vitality.

I’m also thrilled to share that Wiggle Works will be expanding through franchising and new instructor opportunities. If you are interested in becoming a Wiggle Works instructor, please email us at gracefulliving@sheilawalkercarroll.com. This is a chance to bring holistic, movement-based wellness to families and communities in your area.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this vision and joined me on this journey. The best is yet to come—stronger, broader, and with a renewed commitment to helping others thrive at every stage of life.

🥜 Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪
Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
½ cup Reese’s Pieces candy
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and fluffy—about 2–3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in the peanut butter chips, chopped peanut butter cups, and Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed.
Scoop dough using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop (or roll into balls by hand) and place on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still look soft. The cookies will continue to set as they cool.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
8. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and flatten it in your hand. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling in the center, then fold the dough around it and seal to form a ball.
9. Place the stuffed dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the center remains soft.
11. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes

Kcal: 320 kcal | Servings: 24 cookies

Tips:
Chill the cookie dough balls for 15 minutes before baking to prevent spreading.
Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer, creamier filling.
