REMINDER:

In observance of the New Years Holiday, the 325th Medical Group will be closed Thursday, 1 January 2026.

Friday, 2 January 2026, the clinic will be open as a DHA minimal manning day for the following services:
• The Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic will be open at 0730 to 1630 for sick call and previously scheduled follow up visits.
• Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

Normal operations will resume Monday, 5 January 2026.

In accordance with the Executive Order by the President of the United States, declaring the closure of Federal Departments and Agencies on December 24th & 26th.

The 325th Medical Group will be closed on Wednesday December 24th and will be open on Friday December 26th as a DHA required minimal manning day.

Please be advised of the following services available on Friday 26 December.
• The Flight Operational Medicine Clinic will be open at 0730 to 1630 for sick call and previously scheduled follow up visits.
• Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

Pharmacy beneficiaries will be alerted via Q-Anywhere text messaging on when they can pick-up their promised prescriptions for Wednesday December 24th.

As you plan your upcoming visits to the 325th Medical Group, please note our scheduled closures and Minimal Manning Days.

Minimal Manning Days:
325th Medical Treatment Facility will be staffed to appropriately meet acute access needs for enrollees. Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

The 325th MDG is closed for training every Wednesday, 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.

In observance of Columbus Day the 325th Medical Group will be closed Monday, October 13th and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, October 14th.

You can still make appointments and communicate with your provider through the MHS-Genesis Patient Portal via my.mhsgenesis.health.mil/

Pharmacy Update:

Due to resource constraints within the pharmacy, patients are likely to experience longer than typical wait times for the foreseeable future. To maintain military readiness, prescriptions for Active Duty personnel in uniform will take priority over other prescriptions. Requests for same-day prescription fills and refills will be prioritized based on the acute nature of the treatment. We understand the longer wait times may be untenable for some patients.
