Coach Sarina Health Coach & Personal Trainer

Helping you heal & transform mind & body, increase energy & live a healthy lifestyle enjoying what you love

Hi, I'm a Health Coach and Personal Trainer specializing in habit change, functional training and lifestyle transformation, helping busy people like you ditch diets and self-doubt to gain confidence and get fit, for life. With my own personal experience as a former athlete, over 10 years in the gym space and now professional expertise of 6 years, I've helped a wide variety of people find motivation, stay consistent and get lasting results. Before coaching, I was an Assistant Project Manager in what I thought was the career path for me. I burnt out just 2 years in, realizing the best part of my day was making it to the gym and those closest to me were always asking about my wellness routine. I decided to pivot and take the leap into following my true passion, health and fitness. My mission is to help you unlock your potential by learning what you need to know to succeed, finding what works for YOU, as well as providing the right system, support and accountability to create and solidify change. Book a free Intro Call or Consultation today, limited spots are open online and in-person.

People are gonna judge you no matter what you do, so you might as well do whatever you want. Others opinions and perceptions aren’t a real concern for you. You can’t please all the people, all the time.

One person will think you’re great, another won’t like you much. Someone is always going to be better or worse than you are. None of that actually matters though, unless it motivates you positively.

If you catch yourself giving too many f*cks, identify the lesson behind it and stop. No one’s perfect or has it all figured out. Once you establish that most things people do or say are a projection you will cease to take anything personally.

It’s you vs. the person you were yesterday. You vs. your own demons/battles/problems. Tunnel vision on your end goal. If it doesn’t pay your bills, make you better or contribute to your health -drop it.

Keep focus on you, what’s within your control and keep going. This was actually a message to myself but also to you too.

Anything worth having, won’t come easy. If it were easy, you’d probably already have it.

I don’t sugar coat anything. I aim to be genuine, authentic, transparent and move with integrity every single day.

This has been landing well with clients lately and attracting the right people so I wanted to share it.

If you’re getting back into a groove or starting anything new at all, it’s likely gonna suck a bit at some point and there’s no escaping that.

So I say: Embrace the suck.

Life’s going to happen, schedules change, new demands come out of left field—factor it into a fluid game plan, shift with the tides and KEEP GOING.

Super sore? Good, recover well, keep going. Super confused on what to eat? Good, you’re learning, pick a pros brain and keep going. Full of fear? Good, you’re outside your comfort zone, keep going.

Whatever it is, accept the challenge. Set yourself up to plow through what held you back in the past. Put the accountability in place to smash through what will try to hold you back in the future.

EMBRACE THE SUCK.

Grow your like it’s a muscle too. Sharing more on this soon, so stay tuned 😉

One of the greatest forms of self-development is getting your body in shape.

And it has nothing to do with vanity or looking better in front of the mirror, or even weighing less on the scale.

When you go from being unhealthy to in shape, you will come face-to-face with your deepest fears and biggest weaknesses.

I've seen people come face-to-face with addictions, coping mechanisms, how they have neglected their families, and even realized that they've kept themselves in the wrong relationships.

And for this reason...this is why most people quit.

But those who make it to the other side will gain something far greater. They will gain awareness about themselves. They will reach a new level of self-development.

They will have clarity of body and mind, which they will use to enhance every part of their life.

So understand this: There are no shortcuts. This s**t is hard until it becomes easy.

But when you emerge from the other side, you'll realize it was so worth it.

So don't give up. Stay resilient. Keep showing up.

Your future self is waiting.

The most disciplined people I know don't have more willpower. They just make fewer decisions.

Gym bag packed the night before. Phone charges in another room. Morning routine runs the same way every day without thinking.

They're not battling temptation. They removed it.

You see someone consistent and assume they're built different. They're not. They just got tired of relying on motivation and started relying on systems instead.

Every decision is a tax on your energy. Decide what to eat, when to work out, whether to check your phone—and you've burned through half your willpower before noon.

The game isn't to be stronger. It's to need less strength.

Set up your environment so the default action is the right action. That's discipline. Everything else is just hoping you'll feel like it.

You won't.
