Living Lotus is a wellness practice offering a unique variety of alternative styles of therapy. Its holistic approach combines a mix of modalities with a Buddhist influence; integrating both spirituality and therapy. This approach is designed for those who wish to explore and experience a deeper sense of who they are and discover and work towards a greater connection with not only themselves but with others, nature and spirit. In each session we will explore the conscious and unconscious mind, the seen and unseen, all while focusing on feelings, beliefs, motivations, perceptions and behaviors. This approach not only focuses on the mind but the whole person; mind, body and soul. Living Lotus offers the following modalities; psychotherapy, meditation, pranayama (mindful/guided breathing), yoga (asana), reiki, group & circle work and more. Namaste.
