Nervous system care, with a Valentine’s Day touch ✨

This is a special Marma workshop — a deeper-dive experience designed to slow everything down and truly reset. We’ll spend extended time with guided acupressure, breathwork, gentle lymphatic movement, and a more immersive self oil massage practice to support repair and regulation.

This isn’t a weekly class — it’s intentional space to soften, learn, and care for yourself in a deeper way… and take these practices with you beyond the mat.

✨ Moving Toward the Light ✨

This time of year invites a quieter kind of movement — slowing down, listening in, and letting the smallest lights guide us back to ourselves.

Winter Solstice is near, and its energy is woven through this season:
the soft glow of a candle,
the quiet warmth of a tree lit in the dark,
the way breath settles when we pause long enough to feel it.

In yoga, vinyasa means to place in a particular way AKA intention.
This practice — and this season — remind us that even the gentlest movement can create spaciousness, warmth, and clarity.

If the cosmos feels completely unhinged right now… sames

Mars is fiery 🔥, Mercury is doing its thing (but it’s not all Mercury’s fault), and with multiple planets in retrograde, it feels like a giant cosmic slingshot pulling us back before the forward launch. 🌀

Which is probably why last night’s Tuesday meditation was a universal “nope.”

Everything in my house worked — except I could not get online. Pure Mars chaos. ⚡️

I teach on Tuesdays because it’s Mars’ day — and Mars is one of the toughest placements in my chart. So leaning in, breathing through the heat, and showing up anyway is part of my practice.

And honestly? Weeks like this are when meditation helps the most. 🌱
