She has over thirty-five years of professional experience in the educational system: administration, management and family development (child development, parent education and human services). Dr. Lucas offers church leadership/clergy coaching and consultation with a thirty-year background in church administrative leadership locally, district-wide and state jurisdiction. She also provides facilitation, mentoring ministry services and other coaching niches. Dr. Lucas has been a certified crisis pregnancy counselor since 1999 and a Certified Life Coach since 2017. As a Temperament Consultant, Dr. Lucas provides an "MRI" of the Emotions for personal development. A Mental Health Advocate and member of the National Christian Counselors Association and American Association of Christian Counselors. Dr. Lucas was ordained as Elder in 2001 with prior ordination as minister and earning a ministerial diploma. Dr. Lucas became a Licensed RENCO Minister in 2023.
