We’re so grateful for everyone’s well wishes for our success 🙏🏽 We are so happy to finally be open to the public and get to share this space with YOU! 🫵🏽

This Sunday, local talented coaches have offered FREE CLASSES to help us celebrate our Grand Opening!

, an incredible yogi in both yin and yang flows, will be instructing the Yin Yoga practice at 10:00 AM 🧘🏽‍♂️
sarac, returning from his time abroad training in Thailand, will be coaching the Muay Thai Basics at 11:00 AM 🥊

, a terrific funk-style wrestler, will be finishing strong with a fun Wrestling class at 12:00 PM 🤼‍♂️

A HUGE thank you to each of these coaches for donating their time to make these classes free offerings to ALL OF YOU this weekend 🙏🏽

ITS FINALLY HERE! 🥳🎉

Join us in celebrating our GRAND OPENING and gain access to MAJOR discounts on memberships available this weekend ONLY.

Come early at 10:00 AM for a Yin Yoga class hosted by Kamran Sarac 🧘🏽‍♂️

11:00 AM doors will OFFICIALLY OPEN to the public! The cold plunge AND sauna will be available all day 🧖🏽‍♂️🧊

2:00 PM the Open Mat will begin for all martial artists to train. The weightlifting area will also be open at this time for any lifters 🥋🏋🏽‍♂️

We can’t wait to meet each and every one of you who come! 🙏🏽
