What an amazing weekend!!! $18,841,726.53 all FOR THE KIDS🎗️

HK is the #2 Special Interest Org for the 3rd year in a row, raising $141,860.02!!!

We could not be prouder of our six dancers! Alex, Nora, Hanna, Ashley, Lindy, and Gavin, you are all truly amazing, and we are all so proud of you guys💚

Thank you to everyone who supported us this year, and thank you to everyone who was in our section supporting the dancers💚

Why do you THON?
“I THON so that no parent will ever have to hear the words “your child has cancer” ever again. I THON for more birthdays, more smiles, more laughs.”

What’s your favorite THON memory?
“My favorite THON memory is HK’s total reveal last year. Alex, Delaney, and I were holding hands and audibly sobbed and jumped from our seats when our total was announced.”

What are you most looking forward to on THON weekend?
“I am most looking forward to spending time on the floor with our families and my fellow dancers.”

“I THON for more smiles and laughs and so kids can be kids!”

What’s your favorite THON memory?
“My favorite THON memory was going onto the floor for the first time my freshman year. It was such a surreal experience to look around the BJC and see all of the love pouring out of everyone🫶”

What are you most looking forward to on THON weekend?
“I’m most looking forward to spending time with our amazing families and everyone in HK! I also can’t wait to learn the line dance🕺”

Yesterday some of our Exec board visited the 23rd annual Billiards for Benefits Pool Tournament!! We had so much fun and we want to say a big thank you to everyone that made the day possible!!

We had such a great time at the farm today celebrating Friendsgiving! Spending time together reminds us how much we have to be thankful for in HK 💚🎗️

We’re also so excited to congratulate our six dancers for THON 2025 — Nora, Lindy, Gavin, Alex, Ashley, and Hanna! We can’t wait to cheer you on this February!!!

Meet Gabby Talamini!!!
She’s a Sophomore is an Art and Marketing double major, and it’s her 2nd year in HK!
She joined Hershey Kisses because she was looking for a way to get involved in THON her freshman year! She loved the small community that surrounded HK and the close bond of everyone in the org!
She THONs “so kids can have more life experiences and make more memories. I THON so kids can grow up and create lives for themselves”.
This year, she is most excited for her first year as a Family Relations chair!
Fun fact: She decorates cakes at a Dairy Queen

Meet Nora Yeselavage!!!
She’s a Senior majoring in Actuarial Science, and it’s her 4th year in HK!
She joined Hershey Kisses because she wanted to be involved with the Thon and saw the Hershey Kisses at the involvement fair, where everyone was so nice. She is so glad she joined HK!
She THONs “for more smiles, and for my family friend Kirsten, who battled childhood cancer”.
This year, she is most excited about her senior THON!!
Fun fact: she is a big Eagles fan!! Go Birds!! 🦅

Meet Ava Reil!
She’s a senior majoring in Environmental Resource Management with an Environmental Engineering and Sustainability Leadership minor, and it’s her 4th year in HK!
She joined Hershey Kisses because she wanted to be a part of such an amazing cause with a close group of amazing people!
She THONs “so that affected children and their families know that they have such a strong support system with them through it all!”
This year, she is most excited for our fall and spring retreats, as well as supporting our dancers in THON 2026!
Fun fact: She studied abroad in Costa Rica doing leatherback sea turtle conservation!

✨ Happy October 1st! ✨

September was such a busy and exciting month for us! We kicked things off at the Involvement Fair where we met so many of our amazing new members. Every meeting since has had an incredible turnout, and we can’t wait to welcome even more of you! 💚 💚 💚

We also hosted our annual Roots fundraiser, decorated pumpkins at the Alt Fund Fest 🎃, and tried something brand new—our first HK Scavenger Hunt! Members raced across campus to collect the four diamonds, and it was such a blast. 🔹🔹🔹🔹

Looking back, we’re so grateful for everything we accomplished in September—and we’re even more excited to see what October brings! 🍂✨

Meet Olivia Press!
She’s a sophomore majoring in Communications, and it’s her first year in HK!
She joined Hershey Kisses because she admires the organization's values and felt it was the best fit for her!

She THONs "because THON has such a positive impact on so many lives, and I want to be a part of that in any way I can".
This year, she is most excited to get more involved with the community!

Fun fact: She's a huge Capitals fan!
