At the end of the year, I was challenged by my yoga teacher to do 108 Sun Salutations to end the year.
It was a really hard. The sun set way before finishing.
So many modifications were made.
But I did it and felt so amazing afterwards.
It was like the last year had been rinsed away and I was ready for whatever new was coming my way.
It was powerful. When I shared it with .collective
we both knew we had to share this incredible experience with all of you.
Join on Saturday, June 15 10a for the Summer Solstice Wellness Party. Individually or collectively you will have to opportunity to complete 108 Sun Salutations in preparation for the upcoming summer season.
Sauna and guided cold plunge will be available.
Fresh juice will be provided.
