19 years ago, at 19, I decided to stop destroying my life with he**in. Grateful to be alive and grateful that I made it out before fentanyl. Grateful for my family and especially the late great Andrew Orr who taught me how to deal with life without a needle in my arm.
Most grateful to have found EMOTIONAL SOBRIETY through spirituality, a return to shamanism and nature’s sacred medicine 🍄

This morning our soundbath group hit the 500 member mark and the psychedelic healing community hit 300! It’s been an amazing year and a half, looking forward to expanding both of these, as well as the healers collective in 2023!

Really enjoyed giving this talk on Psilocybin as a medicine. We discussed fun things like stoned ape theory and my 5 pillars of thriving - meditation, breath, sound, psychedelics and community. Also discussed the failings of and the profit driven advisory board. People want mushrooms, let’s give them access instead of trying to restrict it for your profit models.
