So good β€” I made enough to stash for the hurricane! I usually eyeball it toward the end and just check for the right consistency. I’ll post a reel soon showing exactly how I make it πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
β€’ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
β€’ 1/8 cup maple syrup
β€’ 3 tbsp peanut butter
β€’ 2 scoops protein powder (mine are big!)

Healthy Snickers Bark 🀀🍎🍫 and it’s so easy to make! This one totally hits the sweet tooth without going overboard. Just a few simple ingredients and the freezer does the rest.

How to make it:
Slice an apple and spread the pieces out on parchment. Add a layer of peanut butter, drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate, and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top. Freeze for 1–2 hours and enjoy that perfect candy-bar crunch!

Pro tip:
Use strawberry slices for a low-carb or keto version πŸ‘Œ
Or add a layer of Greek yogurt to boost the protein πŸ’―

β€’ Β½ tsp baking soda
β€’ ΒΌ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:
β€’ Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened
β€’ Β½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
β€’ 1 large egg
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add-Ins:
β€’ Β½ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
β€’ Β½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
OR chopped fresh cranberries (extra tart!)
Tip: Toss fresh cranberries in almond flour so they don’t sink.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt together.

3. Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy; mix in egg + vanilla.

4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir into a thick dough. Fold in chips and cranberries.
