Enough was enough...

Always heavier than those around me, always taller and bigger when I was young.. I came to accept that was who I was and always would be.. A “big” girl. A “plus size” girl. Hitting my 40’s at my heaviest I waited all the way to my 49th year to say “enough is enough”. Swollen ankles, no energy, not liking who I saw in the mirror. I got up one morning, changed my food and hit the bricks. First walking, then running, then weight training until the scales moved 70 lbs. I have energy, I enjoy life and love who I see in the mirror finally. If I can do this, anyone can.. so it made me think.. I need to encourage others who think as I did. Those who think “I can’t change”, “I’ve always been big” or “it’s too hard”. You can change, you can have energy again and it’s never too late. Is it hard? Anything worth doing takes an effort but with a coach behind you, you can have the encouragement you need to keep making healthy choices daily and meet your goals. It can be done, never give up you yourself. You’re the only one that can do this for you. Ask me how and I can help you.
