It’s been real y’all! ✌🏻
I’m checking out though.
The entire time I’ve been back since I stepped away last just hasn’t been it for me. I feel that showed in how I was showing up and sharing too. I need more in real-life connections and less censorship and suppression of the things I like to talk and share about.
This space isn’t what I’m looking for anymore.
I won’t even go down the list of reasons why. I know you all know what’s become of the user experience in this place.
Don’t even get me started on the politics, lobbying of our government, and of course, the lies, hate, and utter bs that is allowed here.
I’ve loved getting to know so many amazing folks here. I’m endlessly grateful for all the support over the last 2 years. So so many amazing people, businesses, and vibes.
I’m on other apps so if you wanna connect shoot me a dm so we can figure out how to stay connected in other ways, if we aren’t already. 🖤 It won’t be any meta apps though. I’ll stay logged in for a few days to catch those dms but by the end of the week I’m outta here.
Will I ever be back? Hard to say. The way things are these days it seems unlikely but ya never know.
