On Thursdays at Vital Energy we will be offering free AcuDetox/AcuWellness for first responders (police, fire, EMT, paramedics, dispatch) and military. AcuDetox/AcuWellness is a 5-point needle acupuncture placed to points on the ear. This 5-point acupuncture is a holistic therapy used to combat trauma symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, and to support your general wellness. The rain held off long enough for us to get in a quick hike this weekend. The increased moisture has enhanced the beauty of our surroundings. Everything is so green and lush! We were able to get in a beautiful hike and boost our endorphins with some forest bathing. Grateful to live in such a beautiful state.
