🚗 Guess what?! After this week, we will have a car seat safety technician on staff! , one of our physical therapists will be able to provide car seat safety checks for you.

🥳 To celebrate, we are hosting a free screening at our Austin clinic on November 6th for everything development-related and/or car seat safety.

This includes:
✨ Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, Solids, Picky Eating
✨ Tension, Torticollis, Postural Asymmetry
✨ Head Shape, Flat Spots, Palate Shape, Jaw Misalignment
✨ Motor Milestones: Tummy Time, Rolling, Reaching, Sitting, Crawling, Walking
✨ Car Seat Safety Check

We would like to re-introduce our very own Dr. Ariel Day as our new clinic manager. 🙌 Don’t worry - we know Dr. Day is very beloved as a physical therapist, and she will still be working directly with families!

Ariel has been with Year One Wellness since 2022, and has demonstrated excellence with patient care since the very start. She loves connecting with the perinatal community and sharing the importance of optimal infant development.

You’ll see her around both our Austin and Cedar Park clinics, and at many of the birth events around town :)

We are so happy to have her more involved with !

To our Central Texas community,
The recent flooding has brought unimaginable challenges to many families, and our hearts are with everyone affected. At Happy Trails Pediatrics, we want to do our part to help during this difficult time.

We are offering free pediatric medical services to families impacted by the flood. Whether you’ve lost access to medications, need care for your child, or are navigating new health concerns after the storm — we are here for you.

We can help with:
• Refills of chronic medications lost in the flood
• Well child checks and sick visits
• Skin issues (rashes, infections, lacerations)
• Tetanus vaccines for those involved in cleanup
• Lactation support for mothers of infants

You don’t need to be a current patient, and no insurance is required. This is simply about caring for our community.

Join us to take a moment for yourself, build community, and play with your baby. We bet you’ll learn something new about parenthood, too! All classes are run by infant physical and occupational therapists.
