Adult Foster Care is a wonderful option for some individuals. Here is a breakdown of what it is, and payment options. I have also attached VA paperwork,( and zoomed in on the parts of the paper to see if you qualify). If you or your loved one are in need of full time care, aid and assistance will be helpful for things like independent living and Adult Foster Care. Not ALL qualify for this, I should make that clear. But many do. I have attached the paperwork you would need if you live in any Michigan licensed AFC or plan to. Talk to your AFC director and contact your worker to help with any further paperwork needed. We are just trying to help people that may not know they qualify, or it simply hasn't been offered to them. ♥️
