The Yo-Yo diet cycle is one I'm all too familiar with.
I used to live this cycle... weeks, months, years even and I know I'm not the only one.
Starting something, being so 'good', falling off and feeling defeated all to do it over and over again.
The cycle of frustration and absolute hell. Hell on myself and those around me.
But I always wondered what was wrong with me. Why couldn't I adhere to it and stick with it long term. It clearly had to be something I was doing wrong, right?
But no, it wasn't me at all.
It was the 'diet'!!

If your diet makes you eat off an 'acceptable' and 'unacceptable' food list, makes you cut out food groups, or restricts you from the foods that you love.....
It. Is. Not. Sustainable.
You will continue to spin your wheels, losing weight when you are following the plan to a T and regaining when you go off plan!
It's time to break that cycle!
The key to a sustainable fitness journey is to find a plan that works for you.
One that you don't feel the need to take a break from.
That's when it will finally last and you will break the cycle!
