Did you know a single trace mineral could support your heart, thyroid, brain, and even your DNA? Selenium may be tiny in amount, but its impact is massive — from boosting immunity to defending against oxidative stress, cancer risk, and thyroid imbalance. Many soils are deficient, which makes getting enough a challenge. In my latest post, I break down selenium’s benefits, deficiency signs, and my favorite trusted sources.

This post by really resonated with me.

I’m deeply passionate about the way our bodies speak to us—how symptoms are often messengers, not mistakes. When we’re out of alignment with our truth, our nervous system, organs, and energy systems will reflect it. Not to punish us, but to guide us back.

Your metabolism can’t speed up if you can’t slow down.
Your gut can’t digest food if you can’t digest life.
Your thyroid can’t function if you’re afraid to speak your truth.
Your pain won’t leave until you see what’s really there.

Every part of the body communicates. Every symptom carries a story. And the more we learn to listen, the more empowered our healing becomes.

Which one of these stood out to you most?

Sharon’s story is a powerful example of what happens when we trust the body’s innate wisdom.

Through Emotion and Body Code work, we were able to uncover and address the deeper imbalances behind symptoms she had been navigating for years and the results speak for themselves.

Whether you’re facing a common concern or something more complex, this work meets you where you are—and helps the body do what it was designed to do: heal.

If Sharon’s experience resonates with you, I’d love to support you too.

Have you ever wondered what your knees, shoulders, or spine are really trying to say?

Pain doesn’t always start in the physical body—it often begins in the emotional one.

In this new blog post, I explore the deeper meanings behind pain in your body’s support system:
– Knees: movement, fear of change
– Shoulders: burden, over-responsibility
– Spine: survival, structure, support

Drawing from German New Medicine, Louise Hay, Pastor Henry Wright, and Evette Rose, this post uncovers the emotional and spiritual messages held in your pain—and offers tools to begin releasing what your body no longer needs to carry.

Did you know homeopathy was once the leading form of medicine in the United States?

It was taught in top medical schools, practiced in major hospitals, and credited with saving lives during some of the deadliest epidemics in history.

In my latest blog, I explore the true history of homeopathy:

How it began

Why it was so effective

What led to its suppression in the early 1900s

And why it's making a global comeback today

If you're interested in holistic health, energy medicine, or the roots of natural healing, this is a powerful read.

Give yourself grace.
Because the way you talk to your body becomes the way your body talks to you.

Your words become your chemistry.
Your tone becomes your tension.
Your thoughts become your symptoms—or your safety.

When you criticize, push, or ignore your body, it tightens.
It flares.
It holds its breath.

But when you speak with gentleness—
“I’m here.”
“I’m listening.”
“I forgive myself for not knowing sooner...”

Your nervous system softens.
Your hormones regulate.
Your cells exhale.

This isn’t just poetry—it’s physiology.
Studies show self-compassion reduces cortisol, lowers inflammation, and helps the body heal.

So let your inner climate be kind.
Let your body hear words it can heal to.

It doesn’t need perfection.
It needs permission to feel safe again.

Dry brushing is one of those quiet rituals that nourishes more than just the skin. It supports the lymphatic system, encourages healthy detox, and offers a moment of stillness in your daily rhythm.

In my latest blog post, I share:

The benefits of dry brushing for whole-body wellness

A step-by-step guide

My favorite natural brush and how to use it

This is a practice I come back to often, especially when I feel stagnant or disconnected.

“I figured I’d just always be in pain.”
That’s what Ronda told me during her first visit.

She’d been told by multiple doctors that her joint pain was just “old age.” So after hearing that a few times, she started to believe it. But when her daughter came across one of my posts, she showed Ronda and said, “What do you have to lose?”

Ronda came to see me in mid-January.

We did some organ support with Body Code and used muscle testing to figure out which foods were helping her and which ones were hurting. I gave her a custom food list—and she got serious about it. She started eating clean on a Monday
and by Saturday, she didn’t hurt anymore.

Her hips, knees, and feet felt better. She could stand up and walk without pain. It was an amazing feeling.

After a few weeks of sticking with it, she decided to eat whatever she wanted again. And by the weekend, the pain was back. So—right back to the good foods. And it worked.

She still feels great today. And she knows now: her body can heal when it’s supported the right way.

“Highly recommend doing this,” she said. “Thank you, Kelsey.”
