✨ Exciting Life Update! ✨

I’m so happy to finally share that I’ve accepted a position at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education!

This is such a big step for me as I continue working toward finishing my doctorate, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

Here’s what my new weekly rhythm will look like:

Mondays & Tuesdays – I will still be working with all of my remote clients (in the U.S. and worldwide, as always!). Services include—but are not limited to—Emotion | Body | Belief Code, Natural Health Evaluations, Muscle Response Testing, Light Healing Touch, Doula Support, AO Scans, Food Decoding, Health Coaching, and more.

Wednesdays – At NITE, I’ll be taking clients for Emotion | Body | Belief Code, AO Scans, doula support, and other natural health & energetic modalities.

Thursdays – I’ll be at the Embassy of Life Mastery (ELM) for Veterans Sessions, organizing the library, and supporting the Emphasis Program.

Fridays – I’ll be doing graphic design and advertising work for NITE and ELM, helping bring their missions to life in new ways.

I’m also stepping into a rebrand and will be launching a membership program very soon! Inside, you’ll find:
• Live and recorded classes
• Education on homeopathics, herbs, vitamins, minerals, flower remedies, essential oils, womanhood, family care, and so much more
• Support in learning to align with nature’s cycles and tune into the wisdom it offers
• Recipes, workouts, and holistic wellness resources
• Recommendations for clean products and clothing
• Directories to help you find trusted practitioners
…and so much more to come!

📍 For my in-person Iowa clients, I’ll be sharing an updated quarterly schedule soon. I’ll be available at Dr. Pitts’ office on Thursdays, select Fridays this summer, and occasionally on Saturdays if needed. In-person sessions will be offered on a quarterly basis or on select, pre-scheduled dates to be announced.

🌱 As I prepare for this big move to become a Michigander, I just want to say thank you for being part of my journey. My mission has always been to educate and empower you in your own health—and that’s only growing from here.

Please stay tuned, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions! 💛

Today a client said something that really stayed with me:

“Coming to see you is like going to church. I don’t always understand it all, but I can feel the shift and have faith that it’s working.”

That meant more to me than I can fully put into words.

Before every single session, I take time to quietly ask for guidance with the highest intention for every client. I am not the healer—I’m simply a facilitator, gently supporting your body as it returns to alignment in the way it already knows how. Your body holds incredible wisdom. Sometimes it just needs a safe space and the right nudge to tell the story of why it moved out of balance, so it can fully process and release.

Whether I’m working through Emotion/Body/Belief Code, CranioSacral Therapy, Light Healing Touch, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, or other modalities, I am constantly in awe of how creative and intelligent our Creator is.

It’s an honor to witness these shifts. And I feel deeply grateful to be on this path as I continue my journey toward becoming a naturopathic doctor.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me to hold space for you. 🤍

Cloves may be small, but their impact on health is powerful. In this post, I break down the science and traditional wisdom behind cloves — including their role in supporting digestion, immunity, blood sugar balance, liver health, and cognitive function. I also share an easy way to use cloves as a daily tea for gentle, consistent support.

Every year, I share the products and tools that truly supported my health, home, and practice—not trends, not quick fixes, just what proved itself over time.

This year’s list reflects a mineral-first, nervous-system–aware, detox-supportive approach grounded in both physiology and energetics.

Some links are affiliate links. I only share what I personally use and trust.

Merry Christmas to each of you!

As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and say thank you. To everyone who trusted me with their care, attended sessions, showed up for classes, or supported this work in any way—thank you. It has truly been an honor to walk alongside you this year, and I’m deeply grateful for this community.

I’m still feeling thankful for the amazing turnout at last Thursday’s class on Natural Approaches to Family Health. The conversation, questions, and shared energy in the room were really special. If you weren’t able to attend, there is still an opportunity to join—I’ll be teaching it again in the new year:

Natural Approaches to Family Health
Wednesday, January 7th
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Eckels Library
207 US-6, Oakland, IA 51560

Before the year ends, I do have a small amount of remaining remote availability:
•December 30 at 2:00 PM

Otherwise, I look forward to reconnecting in the New Year!

My remote availability resumes on January 6th, and my next in-person day will be Thursday, January 8th, at Dr. Pitts’ office.

Looking ahead to the new year, I’ll have a 2026 planner available, and I’ll be back to writing monthly newsletters as a way to stay connected, share insights, and offer ongoing education throughout the year.

I also plan to continue offering monthly classes, with upcoming topics including:

Upcoming Class Topics
•Healing Trauma Through Writing & Integrative Modalities
•The Glandular Systems
•Flower Remedies & the Emotional Roots of Disease
•Advanced Muscle Testing & Amino Acids
•Meridian Work & Light Healing Touch
•CranioSacral Bodywork
•Field Herbology
•The Making of Herbal Medicine
•Vaccines & Environmental Poisons
•Food as Medicine

Lastly, I’d truly love to hear from you—are there any topics you’d especially like to learn more about? I’m always happy to explore them through future classes or educational blog posts.

Thank you again for being part of this work. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The original twelve Schüessler cell salts are foundational—but they’re not the full picture.

In this post, I break down the expanded cell salts (13–33), developed after Schüessler’s original work, and how they support deeper physiological patterns involving hormones, detoxification pathways, metabolic regulation, and nervous system balance.

I also clarify a distinction that’s often misunderstood:
Homeopathy works by stimulation.
Cell salts work by nourishment—delivering minerals with biological instruction.

If you’re exploring constitutional mineral support and finding that the original twelve no longer go far enough, this article offers a clear, practical framework for understanding when and why the expanded salts matter.
