Join me in a community meditation meetup! We’ll bask in the beauty of the outdoors at golden hour, flow with the river’s waters, and connect with a like-minded group all while harnessing the power of the Lion’s Gate portal. 🦁

We’ll gather at the Richland Creek Greenway - Lion’s Head Trailhead, then walk an easy .5 miles to a creek entrance together where I’ll lead a guided meditation.

Thank you to everyone who joined our meditation event at Warner Park Nature Center. What a magical event full of positive energy and rebalanced souls. There’s no better place to reconnect our mind, heart and body than in nature. We even had a little herd of deer who felt our connected vibrations and decided to join!
