Most of us only rest when we really need it.
When we’re already exhausted, overwhelmed, or just done.
But rest doesn’t have to come at that point.
It can be something you give yourself during the day. This could be a pause, a break or a moment to breathe, not just something you collapse into at the end of the day.
You don’t have to wait until everything feels like too much.
