You hear a lot about the emotional side of postpartum but not enough about how your body feels after birth.

Like the wrist pain that shows up after hours of feeding or bouncing.

The tight shoulders that never seem to relax. 😣

Or the dull, persistent ache in your hips that makes everyday movement harder than it should be.

👉 Your body’s been through a lot. And it’s still doing a lot.

Postpartum massage is an important tool for easing tension, supporting your recovery, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

If you’re feeling it in your body right now, I’d love to hold space for that.

💬 Send me a message if you want to talk more about what postpartum care could look like for you.

You’re researching birth plans. You’re reading articles. You’ve got preferences and playlists and maybe a hospital bag checklist saved somewhere.

But here’s something most people forget:

👉🏽 Preparing for labor isn’t just about the plan. It’s also about your body.

Massage isn’t just a “nice-to-have” during pregnancy. It supports the things that actually matter when it’s time to give birth, such as:

🌀 Pelvic mobility (which helps your baby move down and out)
🫁 Nervous system regulation (so your body can soften, not brace)
💪🏽 Pain relief that keeps you moving and confident

I work with women in their second and third trimesters to help them feel ready - not just mentally, but physically.

Because birth doesn’t follow a script.

But when your body feels supported and prepared? That’s something you can count on.

✨ Curious what a prenatal session could look like for you? Message me and let’s talk through it.

You’re tired. Your baby finally went down.
And the last thing you want to do is pack a diaper bag, time a drive between naps, or show up anywhere on time.

That doesn’t mean you have to go without care.

With virtual 1-on-1 massage sessions, I meet you exactly where you are—literally.

On your couch. In your sweatpants. In your real, messy life.

We’ll focus on what’s bothering you (or your baby), and walk through massage techniques that bring real relief—without the stress of leaving home.

Think:
✔ Relief from tension or pain (hello, breastfeeding shoulders)
✔ Guided support for gas, colic, or baby sleep challenges
✔ Calming routines you can actually stick with

You don’t need to get out of the house to feel better.
You just need the right kind of care.

✨ Want to see if this is a fit for you?
Send a message and I’ll walk you through how it works. I'm now booking for September 2025

Let me introduce you to something most parents have never heard of:
The vagus nerve.

It’s a major part of baby’s developing nervous system, and it plays a big role in how they digest, sleep, and regulate their emotions.

Infant massage is one of the gentlest, most effective ways to activate the vagus nerve.

Just a few simple techniques (no fancy tools or strict routines) can help your baby:

💛 Settle after feeds
💛 Sleep better
💛 Relieve gas and colic
💛 Feel safe and calm in their body

Curious what that could look like for you and baby? I’d love to show you. Just reach out.

No surprise here, but massaging my belly and legs every night has become one of my go-to rituals during this pregnancy.

It’s not just for comfort (though it really helps with that to, especially when my nausea flares up at night).

It’s checking back in with my body. Slowing down.
Letting myself actually feel connected to this baby and this season.

It’s simple, but it’s something that’s been just for me at the end of long, overstimulating days.

If you’re pregnant and feeling disconnected or unsettled, maybe try this. Or something small that helps you come back to yourself.

💬 I’d love to know: is there a habit or ritual you’ve leaned on during pregnancy that’s helped you feel grounded?

Gas. Colic. Constipation.
Three words no parent wants to Google at 3AM—yet here we are.

These digestive challenges are super common, especially in the early months. But that doesn’t mean you have to just wait it out.

Infant massage is a gentle, evidence-based way to support digestion, ease discomfort, and feel more confident helping your baby.

You don’t need fancy tools or a strict routine.
You just need your hands, a few simple techniques, and someone to guide you.

If I could only give one piece of advice to someone newly pregnant, it would be this:

This is the time to invest in yourself.

Not in the nursery.
Not in all the “must-haves.”
But in the things that help you feel supported, rested, and ready.

That might look like slowing down more often.

Saying yes to therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, pelvic floor therapy, or hiring a doula.

It might look like planning for postpartum now instead of waiting until you're in it.

And honestly? One of the biggest things is finding a provider who aligns with the kind of birth you want.

If something feels off, you’re allowed to trust that.
You don’t owe anyone loyalty at the expense of your comfort or safety.

Listen to your gut. You know more than you think.
And you deserve care that supports you fully—before, during, and after birth.

What does prepping for labor look like for me? Mostly nervous system care.

My goal right now is creating safety within my body so my body can do what it’s designed to do.

Lately that’s looked like:
☀️ Time outside
💪 Movement that feels good and purposeful
🎧 Guided meditations

When I work on c-section scars, I rarely address the scar alone. A lot of times there’s tension beyond that scar and it’s important to follow it to improve overall tissue health and compensation patterns. Additionally, there may be emotion and guarding around the abdomen and massage is an incredible tool to help clients through that.

Therapeutic massage isn’t just about applying manual techniques to a scar, it’s truly an art when you also integrate a pace that is nurturing and soothing to the nervous system, listen with your hands and to the clients breathe and subtle movements in order to make adjustments. This creates safety, awareness of the body for the client and allows them space to navigate whatever comes up for them.

While I do teach c-sections scar management to do at home, I very much recommend 1-3 session in the office for all of the other awesome benefits of receiving massage 😊

Had a wonderful infant massage class this morning! Taught techniques that can be applied to a variety of goals such as language development, bonding, co-regulation and more using touch therapy, music and movement ☺️

Working with kiddos in different development stages can be tricky but also allows the perfect opportunity to learn how to apply touch therapy at any age 💕

I still have 4 spots available for the November class and 3 spots for December! Classes are open to new and past participants.

Questions? Send me a DM!
