“I want to breastfeed, but if it doesn’t work out I’ll just formula feed.” We’ve all heard it. But why?

Let’s not plant that seed of doubt, especially before the journey even has a chance to begin.

Did you know that prenatal education significantly increases breastfeeding initiation and success rates?

• Meet with an IBCLC before baby is born.
• Have a list of local IBCLC’s & their contact info.
• Take advice in online mom groups with a grain of salt; while well-intended oftentimes the advice is not appropriate for the situation.
• Prenatal lactation appointments are covered by insurance by majority of plans just as postpartum appointments.

No local IBCLC? No problem. There are thousands of IBCLC’s who offer virtual assistance.

“ConceiveAbilities is relaunching the exceptionally impactful .

In two years, 50,000 individuals have joined the to identify lactating women and make a lifesaving impact on infants in need of nourishment. During this time, 1,500 generous lactating women have donated nearly two million ounces of breastmilk to local milk banks nationwide. Notably, in the past year alone, the accounted for an estimated 15% of the entire national volume of donated breast milk.

ConceiveAbilities’ Founder Nazca Fontes initiated the to assist milk banks in replenishing their supply during the infant formula shortage. Since then, it continues as a significant movement.

The challenge runs until June 30, 2024. Be by sharing this link with any lactating woman and helping others.”

1. Donate breast milk to any Milk Bank across the country from 2/27/2024-6/30/2024
2. Submit proof of your donation to donate@conceiveabilities.com and earn a $250 gift card for a validated donation!
3. Proof of donation must include: first and last name, phone number, date of donation, number of ounces donated, and the milk bank you donated to. It can be in the form of an email verification or donor portal photo.
4. Not necessary, but an added bonus! Share a photo to help inspire other lactating moms to join the challenge (by sharing you agree ConceiveAbilities may use in our marketing including digital and social channels)
