Join us and learn the basics from poses and breathwork to what props work best for you. Class will be held on 4 consecutive Monday nights 7:15-8:15pm starting September 15th. This series will give you all the tools to feel comfortable stepping into a yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water. Register by September 13, 2025 to reserve your spot.

Join us for Paddle Board Yoga at Bayview Park on Long Beach Island Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm! This is a unique experience to do yoga while connecting to nature and the tranquility of the water on the bay. All levels welcome. Food and drinks will be provided after we finish. July is all about the water. Water is patient & always finds her way through the smallest cracks. It doesn't anticipate or plan, it sees & flows. From afar the water looks calm. As you get closer, you see the current. At times, it may be hard to find stillness. Our minds are racing with 1000's of thoughts. At times, it may seem hard to find movement as your body is stressed & tired. Finding the balance is challenging. We'll dive in a little deeper to find our truest selves all while finding coolness & calmness 💜💙💜

Not everyone who has Alzheimer’s disease has a family history of this condition. However, research shows that this disease is more likely to occur in those who have a parent/sibling with Alzheimer’s. Beneficial practices that can help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s or delay the onset include:
- engaging in regular physical exercise
- maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
- managing chronic conditions such has high blood pressure and diabetes
- staying socially active
- engaging in mentally challenging activities
- getting quality sleep
