I dont know if I'm more excited about feeling more and more like myself again or feeling like I'm ready to jump back into death care and start serving the community again.

Having a baby after 40 is rough but I did it, I've healed, and I'm relearning myself as a retired military mom of two who has a deep affinity for death work.

My persons(clients) do not just get me but they get me along with everything that my Ancestors blessed me with to help them on their journey.

No one gets the exact same things but instead what my spirit has lead me to create. Whether it's supporting a family after a loss, planning ahead, or supporting through dying process; I allow spirit to lead me. Sometimes I need to buy a specific item and sometimes I need to make it...but I do my best to listen.

This is why I feel you cannot approach death work from a capitalistic standpoint. You'll miss the best parts🙏🏾💞

You know what!!! My birthday month owes me nothing!!!

My heart is in what I do and I love helping. Any recognition I receive is just an added bonus that I will ALWAYS be grateful for.

If you're interested in attending a Death Cafe for PGM/BIPOC you can still sign up. *minimum of 3 participants required to conduct cafe*

This PGM/BIPOC Death Cafe is a Brave Space(thank you ) where People of the Global Majority/Black, Indigenous, or any person of color is welcomed to attend. This space is free of judgment and questions. It provides and open forum free flowing conversation type setting when you can just simply talk about death.

Wednesday January 12th at 6PM Pacific and will recur every Wednesday as long as attendance allows. A minimum of 3 people is needed. If enough people do not sign up, you will receive an email at 10AM the morning of notifying you of cancelation.
