Our office/main buildings are open from 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday! Our job coaches operate when our clients are at work, and will sometimes work other shift hours.

Ruthanna's serves as the Operations Manager at Trendsitions, where she oversees day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and internal audits. Since joining the team over seven months ago, Ruthanna has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. Crissy has been a dedicated member of the Trendsitions team for over five years. In her dual role as Program Manager’s Assistant and Job Developer for the Hermiston area, Crissy brings a passion for problem-solving, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and staff. Known for her personable nature and can-do attitude, she plays a vital role in supporting program success.

Crissy thrives on collaboration and values working closely with local partners, including Vocational Rehabilitation and Tribal Partners, to create meaningful employment opportunities and promote community engagement. Her commitment to service and positive impact makes her a cornerstone of the Hermiston team.

Right in time for summer, we're proud to announce that our Respite Home is now available for bookings! This beautiful home is like a bed and breakfast for individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities, providing them an opportunity to experience independence, serenity, and community while allowing families and caregivers an opportunity for respite.

The building comes with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Also, safety measures have been approved by the Fire Marshall and ADA modifications have been made to the interior.
