We are currently hiring for Tacoma, Graham, Browns Point

We offer full-time positions with regular daily shifts, available from Monday to Sunday.

- Competitive pay between ($18 -$26hr)
- Time-and-a-half pay for Holidays

- Client/Location Matching
- Schedule from 5-10 hr Shift
we do have part time as well as split shift
- Weekend Availability
- Morning/Afternoon/Night Shift

Requirements:
CNA/HCA/NAR License

Home care aide or CNA provides personal care and household assistance to clients in their own residence.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care
Performs household services essential to the clients safety and care including laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation and shopping
Performs only the tasks defined in the home care plan of care for the client and observes documents and reports any changes int he client's condition. May assist with medication as indicated in the home care plan of care and agency policy
Reports any mental or physical conditions as well as changes in the clients need for care
follows agency policies and procedures
meets the requirements for submission of time-cards and documentations of assignments.
Respects the rights of clients, families, or client representatives to have different beliefs, opinions, cultures and customs
Attends orientation, in service training and continuing education as required by the agency or their credentials status
As a member of the home care team keeps and maintains a professional attitude in the client's home.
