🌲 PEACE + CALMING // This was THE oil that brought me on this journey. The very first night I got my oils, I used a little Peace + Calming and lavender on Grey's sweet little almost 4 months old feet and we had our longest stretch of sleep ever. No 5:30 am wake up call... Almost 12 hours of blissful sleep for mama and the happiest, most well-rested baby I've ever seen. This is still my most favorite oil of all time to diffuse for myself in the evening when I'm winding down. One of my other fave ways to use it is during the winter when we all need a little respiratory support. Lemon and Peace + Calming on your chest and back is like 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻.
🌲 VALOR // Literally every single person needs to experience Valor themselves. So snag that bottle for yourself and see why it is so cherished and valued by so many of us. And if you *think* you don't need Valor, buy it anyways. YOU DO. It is AMAZING for sleep. It balances the energy in the body, and is the very first oil used in the Raindrop Technique. It is called the “chiropractor in a bottle”, and it MIRACULOUS on the spine. And keeping it straight. COURAGE. Calming. Roll this on yourself during times of very high stress. (This goes on me about 50 times during plane rides.) Great in muscle blends, and so relaxing to sore muscles. SO, so good for the MOOD and emotions.
🌲 RC // Have you ever had such an emotional reaction to something, your chest felt tight. Like something hurt your soul so badly, you couldn't breathe? Yes, me too. Our physical reactions stem from our emotions. RC has such an uplifting smell. And oh my GOSH do I LOVE TO BREATH. Don’t you? I love breathing. A drop of RC on the chest before a workout in the spring when everything is covered with a faith yellow dust is really nice.
🌲 GENTLE BABY // The most delicious, soothing, and calming aroma!!! This is NOT just for babies! It is full of skin soothing and supportive oils. Try a drop in your moisturizer at night before bed! Mix up 10 drops in a few tablespoons of coconut oil for an after-bath massage for your infant or child, or rub on stretch marks, or a growing pregnant belly. During pregnancy, can be massaged in perineum to help prevent tearing. It is amazing diffused during labor, and before bed + during the night!
🌲 PURIFICATION // This blend is made up of 6 oils for the ultimate must haves.
It’s great diluted and rolled around the ears to keep them supported, and great rolled around the eyes (around the orbital bones - where glasses would go!) to keep them clear and not tinted pink. ✌🏻 It’s also the best weapon against odors, to create a refreshing, bright scene. A few ways we love to use it, add drops to your laundry to give your wash a boost in scent, add a few drops to your wool dryer balls and toss in the dryer to freshen up your laundry! Place a few drops on cotton balls and stash them wherever necessary: the car, closets and drawers, air vents, or shoes. Use in the car with a diffuser clip to eliminate lingering scents of fast food trips or sports carpool. Create an on-the-go air freshener with a spray bottle, distilled water, and Purification. Keep it in your bag to freshen up offices, public restrooms, hotel rooms, and cars. Dilute and apply over your throat if it feels like razor blades. Emotional uses: Anger, being alone, fear of rejection, fear of seeing, negative thoughts, recognition, violence.

Well, they’ve been looking deeper into pine and a bunch of other conifers we that we grow and distill at our Highland Flats farm as well and wouldn’t ya know, lots of them have the “protective” and powerful properties too!
They looked at our current Evergreen Essence blend and it has many of those conifers already in it but it was missing some powerful hitters….so they re-blended it and added in the missing ones! 🌲 RC // Have you ever had such an emotional reaction to something, your chest felt tight. Like something hurt your soul so badly, you couldn't breathe? Yes, me too. 🌲 PEACE + CALMING // This was THE oil that brought me on this journey. The very first night I got my oils, I used a little Peace + Calming and lavender on Grey's sweet little almost 4 months old feet and we had our longest stretch of sleep ever. No 5:30 am wake up call... Almost 12 hours of blissful sleep for mama and the happiest, most well-rested baby I've ever seen. This little bottle of goodness does so many things! It comes from the same botanical family as Frankincense so you know all the reasons why you love frank? You will love Palo Santo for that as well. It is a spiritual and grounding oil known for cleansing the air of the negative energies and for good luck. Anyone do the Letting Go Protocol? Palo Santo is a great oil to diffuser before you do the protocol. Palo Santo means “sacred wood” so it is a beautiful oil to use for creating a more spiritual and sacred environment. I personally love to diffuse it with Pine, lemon, and a spruce oil.
