🤩Joy - The feeling of excitement, or positive emotions. This can come from an external force or from within.
💪🏼Health - Taking care of your whole self, mind, body, and spirit.
🗣️Social Life - Maintaining friendships, building new connections, engaging with the community.
🎨Creativity- Self expression, this could look like singing, drawing, playing an instrument.
❤️Relationships - Feeling support, connection, and love can help nourish this area of life.
💃🏼Physical Activity - The human body THRIVES with movement. This could be dancing, stretching, running, lifting weights. Follow your body to find your sense of balance.
📚Education - Things around us are constantly evolving, staying informed and learning new concepts helps keep our mind and spirit engaged.
📈Career - Some individuals spend more than half their waking hours at work, being satisfied in this area of primary food can bring you feelings of nourishment and purpose.
🏡Environment - Everything that surrounds you throughout the day. Your interactions, your neighborhood, the city you live in, everything that can potentially drain you or energize you.
🥘Home Cooking - Our diet is obviously a key factor in how we feel on a daily basis. Doing things like cooking a fresh meal you've been craving, or sharing a home cooked meal with someone can bring feelings of warmth, satisfaction, self-care, even love to the table.
